Geo – Mineralogical Calculations

HSC Geo is a program to make mineralogical and petrological calculations and store the results in a database for further analysis with HSC Data.

HSC Geo Summary:

- Prepares a database from the tabulated data
- Performs petrological calculations for rock samples
- Calculates the mineral composition of samples (modal composition) from the chemical analysis
- Calculates the formula of minerals from the mineral analyses
- Includes a mineral database with stoichiometric compositions and extensive data from literature
