Outotec Courier® 5 HX is the new generation high power on-stream analyzer system for clear solutions and those containing solids with relatively high concentrations. Typical applications are in metal plating and solvent extraction.
Outotec Courier® 5 HX sample handling system is able to dilute, settle, filter, pressure and temperature control highly corrosive samples. Integrated OTI titrators can be used to analyze supplementary ionic contents, such as acid, Cl and Fe2+ from the same samples.
Samples are typically taken from the process streams using fast loops to ensure continuous flow and availability of fresh sample. Samples are introduced to the analyzer via a manifold, which has built-in de-aeration and thorough flushing functions. Both aqueous and organic samples can be analyzed in the same analyzer system.
Analysis results from Outotec Courier® 5 HX and OTI titrators are sent to a process control system, through a single communication link using established protocols. The information is used for assay based process management and control.
