Systems have been designed for all anode sizes from single pin blocks up to 6 pin blocks. All equipment is fully enclosed for optimum dust containment and noise abatement. Process control is by a single operator in a sound proof environment.
System Design
The design of the individual cleaning stations within the machine are tailored to suit the particular anode style at your plant. Outotec draws from its experience within the industry to select the most appropriate cleaning equipment to suit the application and the anode style.
Systems have been designed and supplied to clean the anodes both in the vertical plane, as they are suspended from the overhead conveyor, or horizontally, where the anode is tilted to the horizontal before cleaning.
