Our latest systems are designed to position the stubs, rod and anode to a high degree of tolerance which exceeds current potroom technology specifications. The systems are adaptable to various stub and anode configurations. Synchronized anode and rod drive mechanisms ensure accurate and consistent assembly. Options include walking beam or roller conveyor for anode transport. Systems can be designed for indexed or continuous assembly motion for manual or semi-automatic iron pouring.
