Outotec TankCell® flotation cells are easy to operate, low in power and air consumption.
The wide range of cell sizes from 5 m³ to 300 m³ and the symmetrical design allows a flexible layout. The TankCell® excels in performance as a rougher, scavenger or cleaner. We use our knowledge of froth crowding and froth transport characteristics to adapt to the demand of different flotation duties.
The cylindrical TankCell® operates as a near-ideal mixer and reduces short-circuiting. TankCells® have optimized froth surface area and they are designed to handle maximum carrying rate and lip loadings for the specific duty.
TankCells® can be operated with various levels of automation including Outotec's FrothCon and FrothMaster.
