FrothCon is a modular control system dedicated to enhancing the performance of your flotation process. It facilitates the fast and smooth start-up of a flotation bank and the stable operation at chosen setpoints thereafter.
The stand-alone FrothCon control solution replaces conventional field controllers and provides a variety of extra features. Its functionality can be further augmented through its seamless integration to the FrothMaster™ froth imaging instrument, COURIER® family of slurry analyzers, PROSCON® Automation Systems with Advanced Control Tools, or any plant-wide process control and expert system.
FrothCon is a standard component of a TankCell® system delivery. Trouble-free operation, low total installation and minimal running costs are guaranteed with an easy-to-use operator panel, control loop tuning tools and self-explanatory messages.
