Doré smelting in Kaldo furnace

Instead of using different vessels for roasting, smelting, reducing and converting, all these steps can be executed in Kaldo furnace. Because the converting operation also includes oxidizing of the selenium, selenium roasters are not needed. Selenium is recovered from off-gases of the Kaldo furnace instead.
