Cryofilter® Superconducting High-Gradient Magnetic Separator

The Laboratory Cryofilter® is a completely self-contained laboratory high-gradient magnetic separator (HGMS) test unit for slurry evaluation mounted on a single test frame.

The Cryofilter is useful for small-scale laboratory test work to evaluate different clays and establish optimum processing conditions for industrial- scale Cryofilter HGMS separators.

This unique machine allows laboratories to quickly determine optimum feed preparation and separation characteristics of clay samples from existing process plants streams or drill core samples. The option of external pipe work, reciprocating canisters, and programmable controllers also allow for bulk testing.
